A. Edwardians: Students who have passed F.A/F.Sc. Part-II Annual Examination 2008 from Edwardes College may collect admission forms from the College Office. Admissions are not granted automatically to all who apply. Admission shall be granted on the basis of the following rules: a. F.A/F.Sc. students of Edwardes College who have obtained A, B & C grades shall be issued forms and interviewed according to the merit list. b. Previous record maintained in the white card of the student shall be the deciding factor for admission. B. Other students: a. Students Male and Female from colleges other than Edwardes may be issued forms for admission who have obtained A, & B grades. C. Dates: a. Forms shall be issued w.e.f. August 16, 2008 to 30th August, 2008 during working hours. Forms to be deposited by 30th August, 2008 with Mr. Ilyas Raza and receipt obtained. b. The merit list shall be published on Thursday the 8th of September 2008 and interviewed on dates mentioned against their names. c. Interviews shall be conducted on 9th, 10th, & 11th of September 2008. d. Every candidate coming for interview MUST COME WITH PARENT/ GUARDIAN AND BRING THEIR ORIGINAL DOCUMENTS. No student will be interviewed without parent/guardian. e. Selected candidates will deposit full fee on the same working day. After this time admission shall automatically be cancelled. f. After admission no refund shall be allowed. g. 3rd year assembly will be held on 22nd of September 2008 at 9.00 a.m. in the College Hall. h. All documents should be attached with the form according to the serial
number mentioned in the form. |
