Have a refreshing Easter and Spring Holiday! PDF Print E-mail

8 April 2012: Dear Friends,

We are now in the midst of the Easter and Spring Holiday.  May you all – faculty, students and staff – have a relaxing and refreshing time.

Easter, observed this year on April 8, is the Christian celebration of the resurrection of Jesus, God bringing the victory of life over death.  Easter follows Holy Week, which began the previous Sunday with the celebration of Jesus’ entry into Jerusalem, an event that was followed by arrest, trial and crucifixion.

Spring echoes the theme of new life in nature following the chill of winter.  Flowers are in glorious bloom on campus, with roses coming out now at the Bungalow.  Increasing warmth anticipates the coming of summer, which is not far off now.

Most students are preparing for examinations.  For those of you away from College on prep, may you have an undistracted time.  For those of you still in classes, may this break re-energize you for the resumption of the College schedule on April 13.

Warm regards, Dr. Titus Presler, Principal, 8 April 2012
