Instructions

  1. Required information must be filled in by the applicant correctly. The data once saved cannot be edited or modified. Fields marked with (*) are mandatory. Incomplete Admission Forms will not be considered for admission. Email ID is compulsory.
  2. If you are applying for more than one discipline, you will have to submit separate application for each discipline.
  3. Fee structure for all disciplines is available on View Fee Structure & Refund Policy.
  4. Last date of apply for FA/FSc and Admission Schedule is available on View Merit List & Admissions Schedule.
  5. Original Bank Challan (Paid Copy) must be uploaded on website using Upload Paid Prospectus Challan.
  6. Father’s CNIC number can be used as User Name/Tracking ID for
    1. Printing Duplicate Challan Form
    2. Uploading/Downloading of documents (Paid Bank Challan)
    3. Access to Merit List
  7. Students from other than Peshawar Board, must submit their Original Migration Certificate to Administration Department Edwardes College.
  8. D grade passes are not eligible for admission in Edwardes College.
  9. Students applying for admission against Reserved Seats must specify the respective quota (if any), Otherwise the application will not be considered in “Reserved Seats” category
  10. Applicants having domicile other than Peshawar can apply for admission in hostel. Hostel admissions are subject to availability of seats.
  11. If the information provided by the applicant in the admission form is found false or misleading, the admission will be cancelled.
  12. Documents must be provided at the time of Student ID Card receiving, failing which admission shall be cancelled: (DMC/Certificate, Father CNIC, Domicile, Migration Certificate {in case of other than Peshawar Board} and two recent photographs)

Note: Applicants having domicile other than Peshawar are eligible for hostel admission subject to condition of having both addresses (permanent, present) in father CNIC are also other than Peshawar. Hostel admissions are subject to availability of seats.
