1. Required information must be filled in by the applicant correctly. The data once saved cannot be edited or modified. Fields marked with (*) are mandatory. Incomplete Admission Forms will not be considered for admission. Email ID is compulsory.
2. Original Bank Challan (Paid Copy) must be uploaded on website using Upload Paid Prospectus Challan.
3. Fee structure for all disciplines is available on View Fee Structure & Refund Policy.
4. If you are applying for more than one discipline, you will have to submit separate application for each discipline.
5. Father’s CNIC number can be used as User Name/Tracking ID for
   1. Printing Duplicate Challan Form
   2. Uploading/Downloading of documents
   3. Access to Merit List
6. Students applying for admission against Reserved Seats must specify the respective quota (if any)
7. If the information provided by the applicant in the admission form is found false or misleading, the admission will be cancelled.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Intermediate or equivalent, with at least 45% marks.
• Pre-Engineering OR Pre-Medical OR Computer Science are eligible for BS Computer Science.
